Installation
The purpose of the CarlowBuild system is to facilitate the rapid construction of a fully compliant residential unit. The products flexibility allows its incorporation into, detached, semi-detached, terraced or apartment buildings up to 6 stories.
Rapid Installation
The CarlowBuild system for installation consists of the following factory produced elements:
- Composite external wall panels, consisting of steel framed inner leaf, insulated core and precast concrete external leaf. External finishes are applied in the factory.
- Steel framed internal partition walls, load & non-load bearing.
- Intermediate floors comprising, steel framed cassette units with optional coverings such as OSB3 Plywood or concrete.
- Steel Roof Truss assembled into modular roof sections in the factory.
